Damaged Product, Wrong Product, or Missing Accessories If your order from YCOM arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is missing accessories, please report the issue within 24 business hours of delivery.

To raise a complaint, visit our support portal at customer or email us at customercare@ycomgadgets.com. Kindly provide your order ID and include images of the product to facilitate the replacement process or initiate a refund. Note: If you notice that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the order. Regarding Wrong Product Received: If the product you receive is completely different from what you ordered, it will be considered as the wrong product. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for defect-free products based on minor differences such as look & feel, shades, color, or sound quality.

YCOM Warranty Policy/Guidelines

YCOM products come with a warranty period of 1 year, and YCOM accessories come with a 3-month warranty, covering technical issues excluding physical damages.

To avail of warranty services, proof of purchase in the form of an invoice (irrespective of the sales channel) must be presented. YCOM reserves the right to deny services if the invoice is not provided.

If the issue cannot be resolved over a call or email, we will arrange for the device to be picked up from your address for repair or replacement. If reverse pick-up is not available at your location, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with our customer service team. Please note that the shipping costs incurred for self-shipping will be borne by the customer.

YCOM does not cover any liability or claim pertaining to rashes or skin allergies due to the usage of our products, including consequential or resulting liability, damage, or loss to property or life, injuries, or loss of personal data arising directly or indirectly from any defects in our products.

While we strive to carry out repairs promptly, we are not obligated to do so within a specified period.

Out of Warranty

For products out of warranty that exhibit technical issues and customers wish to avail of services, certain charges may apply. Replacement may be provided on a chargeable basis if the product is not repairable, subject to availability.

YCOM Warranty Exclusions

YCOM Warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, or misuse.
  • Damage caused by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental spillage of liquids, exposure to extreme temperatures, or wear and tear from regular usage.
  • The warranty automatically expires after 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the product is in use during the warranty period.

Shipping Information

Each order can be shipped to a single address specified during checkout. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship each item within 2 working days of the order. However, it may take up to 3 or more working days in certain circumstances. Your order should typically reach you within 5 to 7 business days.

Order Payment

Payment can be made via cash on delivery (COD) or prepaid options. COD services may not be available for all pin codes.
