You can exchange a product under these conditions-

1- Within 7 days of delivery, you can replace the product if it's defective or damaged.
2- If you receive a product that's not working properly, you can get a new one within 7 days.
3- Notify us within 24 hours if the product doesn't match what you saw online.
4- We'll arrange for the product to be picked up for replacement.

Under the following conditions, the products can’t be replaced-

1- You're not satisfied with the appearance or sound quality.
2- You don't report physical damage within 24 hours of delivery.
3- Damage is caused by an electrical surge or misuse.
